5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the images you generate.

• Elyxir and its underlying AI models remain the property of Elyxir.

• You grant Elyxir a license to use your generated images for service improvement (only if you opt-in).

6. Commercial Use

• Free plan: Personal use only.

• Paid plans (Creator & Unlimited): Full commercial usage rights are granted.

7. Payments & Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.

• You can cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elyxir is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
